Select loaf size recommended by the manufacturer of your machine.
Measure ingredients exactly and place in bread machine in the order that the bread machine manufacturer suggests. Be sure that yeast does not come in contact with the water or the cottage cheese.
Select regular or basic cycle. DO NOT USE DELAYED BAKING CYCLE.
Remove bread from pan and cool on wire rack.
